Hi, I've submitted my final application for Permanent Residency, and have just received a request for a IMM5475 Release of Personal information form (to be done within 7days) from IRCC. However I'm a bit confused about a couple of sections on it...
Q1: I applied through E.Entry online so do I just write 'uploaded to MyCIC' for the below?
Section 3: If you have already submitted your application:
- Name of office where the application was submitted
- Location of office
..........
Q2: Silly question, but do I just type my name in the Declaration section? Normally I'd print it, sign it and scan it, but it seems you can type in this box too.
(just checking incase there's a reason they want it all digital)

Assuming also that I put 'not applicable' in any blank fields.

If anyone can help who's done this before that would be great, as I know from experience how precise the forms need to be!!
