I'm worried about my current employment letter. HR which is headquartered in the US provided my letter stating the duties directly relevant to NOC1212.its literally a copy of duties from the cic site. Can I be refused based on not listing my actual tasks in their own words?? I got the same letter when I applied for my spouses owp past year and it was accepted.
My spouse also used the same PCC that was issued last year to process his owp/visa. would his PCC be acceptable for PR since he left that country 1 month after it was issued
