Just wondering, have you heard of the current timeframe to approve such spousal applications? Does it take up to 6 months as I heard or is that too optimistic?

I asked the immigration officer i spoke with. She said she is not too sure because it depends on the person in charge. But she said maybe 2 to 4 months. I requested if I can speak to the person and she sharply said not allowed.

Today, I tried to link my PR card application and it is up. It doesn't say anything though. It just says "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you." They are reviewing my eligibility and nothing else.

I think ur PR application is at last stage: you can do it when u get COPR. Because may be they get confused where to send u application for finalizing. It depends on where u live

I got my approval exactly after 1 month of my prearrival services letter but it may not be the case for everyone.

I got my copr same day as I receiced pre arrival services. But it depends on officer. It’s eligibility passed when u receiced pre arrival services

You don’t see anything till they scan ur photos to system. I got a profile update today. Then again it went to submitted.

They received my mail on March 19 and I linked the application to my account 2 days ago. I don't know if they scanned the photos in the meantime. Is there a way of knowing whether they got it or not without calling them?
