PR Application and Student Permit?

Dear friends,

I have received ITR last month and submitted my eAPR on May 1, 2017. I am also planning for a masters program from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, which is starting on September 4, 2017.

I understand that since the time period from May to August is only 4 months, I may not get PR before start of my program. Therefore, I am planning to apply for student permit.

Few questions regarding the same.
1. I have undergone a medical test for PR and received an Upfront Medical Report with UCI number. Can I submit the same for medical form or should I undergo the medical test again for student permit.

2. I am submitted Bank Letter and Account Transaction history for last 6 months as proof of funds for PR. Can I submit the same as Proof of funds for my living expenses? I am taking student loan for tuition fees.

Thanks in advance.

I think It's okay to use your medical exam and proof of funds in your study permit application since you are not violating any rules as far as I know.

Hopefully, seniors can help you more,

Good luck
