PR application after getting CSQ certificate

Hello,
I have a question about PR application after getting CSQ certificate. Will I need to provide only background check and medicals? How can I get a background check document from Europe, any link? Should I ask CIC panel doctor for medicals only after getting CSQ or can make it ready now?
