yeh I did, I got MR at that time and to update the Schedule A Form, in the month of April,

But ecas was updated now, may be it took long time to update

I had the same request. So yes, your ECAS might have been updated late. Don't worry!

I had the same update and got the email from cic in May.
ECAS was updated in 1-2 days. They asked to pay fees and send passport copies.

Hi,

Just received my GCMS notes and here's what I learned about.

Eligibility, Medical, Criminality was passed before the due date indicated 2016-10-07 but, Security is still not started with the same due date as well. All of it was assigned to RC-6262 and assigned by WA01334.

Hope my Security Check would be done before its due date (2016-10-06). I guess our family friend and consultant is right, the PPR average timeframe is 2 to 4 months from the month of your MR and if you have been requested for additional docs, med re-assessment, etc. it may take longer till 6 to 8 months.

However, I hope and pray that everyone would have PPR emails soon.

Did they requested any documents from u? Aside from having MR done? Yes, ur right if no documents requested ur expecting 4 months after medical or 13 months and 10 days after u will get ppr. On the other hand lets pray that Canada post will fix the issue soon with it's union of workers.

Hi MDH!

I am very fortunate that we have a very helpful MP and his team , once i emailed them within the day they give me information. But not all MP office does the promt response sometimes they have u visit there office because its a big city. My location is just 45k population so its easy to ask help. Try to contact you Local MP office by google-ing it. The MP's secretary told me that they are on BC, i have police clearance (Canada) but my immigration lawyer didnt submitted coz he said dont have to, but 2 days ago he said if they will ask for it then ill go get, so far I am praying that they dont ask for any documents anymore. They just asked for MR so far. So i am expecting 13 months process. Jesus name Amen! I claim it will be done. Goodluck dear!

Oh I can't be able to link my application bcoz i have a consultant.

Someone replied before on my replied link about chances of file being move to a different VO. Here is the link where in i said there is chances or option to be moved for an application to be more efficient if a certain VO are busy.

None so far and hopefully all my docs are considered complete and up to date.

I'm also monitoring Canada Post issues since June and yes, I wish they would
have a feasible resolution soon.

I dont think that they have actually started with this initiative, even though it is possible I have not yet seen any cases being processed by different VO's than that of their country of birth or inland.

A part of the background checks is the 'Security Check'. It commences after our med results are
submitted to the CIC. This is a major activity -mainly concerning our 'safe inclusion' into the
Canadian Soil; vis-a-vis, Political, Socio-Econmical, Anti-Social disposition, perceived Threat toCanada's integrity etc. This gets us the SDEC, CDEC & SECCRIM. including CSIS, Interpol, NASC,Database Checking & touch-base with Local Police.they will check Many things are the No. of countries visited, Marriages, all the applicants in your applcation will be checked , Then our file might go to the local Police/CID agencies



Criminalty
This is a general check, world wide check, they will checl your local country, they no how they do dis, they have database, They have many security data base in which once they enter your name it will check may be you are a criminal, terrorist or not, if you comit a crime it will bring it out,
The 2 process are done together, well i tink this is the only area they do reject application
