PR applicant under PNP for the month of AUGUST 2015

Finally yyy!!! Decision made in Ecas. Getting pictures done today. Want to mail it within minutes after my email arrives.
My work permit expires on Dec 20th. Most likely will have to go to border crossing and re enter as visitor for few days

All of u have been asked for Photographs to be sent with passport?

Can u share the size t¥ see if all got ask for same size, so we can start preparing that pls?

i just got off the phone with cic, after 25min of wait.. first time am calling cic on my PR application...i spoke with a nice guy and told me my application was approved today by 8.36am. that i would get the email soon b4 the end of the week for passport request.... was a good news.. but my ecas still shows in progress.. well am looking out for my email.. pass port for me any my spouse already taken last week... wow am so excited .. augst 14th applicant

I don't know why all 14 August applicants in this forum didn't receive decision made. So sad about this system. Anyway Thank you for sharing the number. I hope to have news soon and I will let you know.

Experts.... one question. I just received my extended bridge work permit, but my Visa is still expired. Can I re-enter and landed with expired Visa? or I have to renew my Visa as well? Thanks!!!

You can re-enter on expired TRV.

Re-entry to Canada with Original Temporary Resident Visa (TRV)

Generally, a new single-entry Temporary Resident Visa (TRV) or a multiple-entry TRV is necessary to re-enter Canada as a visitor, student or worker.

As an exception, you can ask to re-enter Canada with your original TRV, even if it is expired, if:

You will only visit the U.S.* or St. Pierre and Miquelon and will return to Canada before the end of your authorized stay.
An officer will ask you questions to make sure you meet all of the requirements before allowing you to re-enter Canada. If you visit any country other than those listed above, you will need a new TRV.

*Including its Territories and Possessions.

did not order any note, but spoke to MP yesterday they got a reply that same yesterday from Cic that every thing is okay, just waiting for final review.

Thats good news!

Maybe tomorrow ur ecas will be updated and u will see decision made.

July applicants 1st got ppe email and then change ecas so maybe that will be with u...

The import thing at this point is getting 1 or the other i guess
