Dear umairz,

I have applied from within Canada only. I have provided them my offer letter, my annual increment letters for the last 4 years as proof of my employment. As I am working for an Indian Company, all my salary details in those documents will be mentioned in INR only. However, in order to prove my Canadian salary, I have provided all my pay stubs for the last 24 months, ( which shows my salary in CAD) and the bank statement showing my payroll transactions and a letter from my client (not from my employer), explaning my duties that I am carrying out. If they relate them logically, I have provided everything that they need. However, they are looking for a single straight forward document, which states my duties, role and salary when I am working in Canada. I know that it is not a proper evaluation, but, nothing can be done from my end.

I heard from some of my friends that when they received such a rejection letter from CIC, they provided the missing document and requested for a re evaluation. and of course, they are successful. Let me try that before thinking of reapply.

Thank you

Hi,

Were you able to get it reevaluated successfully. I am in same situtation now. Your guidence will help me

Hi guys,
I have a query for my friend, he has paper based application with IRCC and its been 08 months, by this time we were expecting medical, but meanwhile we received a letter saying that application is likely to be refused as visa officer isn't satisfied with the IELTS Score. Below is the IELTS result

Listening: 6.5
Reading: 3.5
Writing: 6.0
Speaking: 6.0

Please: He applied based on the nomination received from SINP (Saskatchewan PNP) on family economy program.

This letter is of 03 pages, the VO mentioned following points in 03 pages letter:
a. VO is not satisfied with the english competency, the candidate applied under the NOC of Lawyer advocate, and such profession requires high english level , e.g CLB 8.0
b. The above mentioned ielts score satisfies the requirement of family nominee program of province, however it is not enough to be able to contribute as potential candidate for the economy of canada.
c. I understand that you have family connection in the province to support you, however, they can't help you much in your professional life to stabilize with the complex legal preceding of a lawyer's job.
d. You've 90 days to submit any document to support your position, else you application is likely to be declined.

So, We left with 35 days more to reply them and thinking on following possibilities: Pls advise
a. we should submit them revised/improved ielts result, equal to CLB 7 or 8.
b. in worst case, on not succeeding in ielts, we can hire some solicitor in canada, as his brother is living there, and they can claim that ielts score meets the PNP requirement, therefore he got the nomination, or any other reason which a local canadian solicitor may assist in.
c. or we can submit a revised ielts, let see whether it gets accepted, in case it is failed, application will get declined, can we high lawyer at that stage?

Thanks for reading and your opinion.

Regards,
Abdul Qayyum

That's tough. I would say "both" - I guess "c" is both, but I wouldn't wait too long for an initial consultation. It looks like the low IELTS reading score may even be an anomaly, just a bad test day. I am not sure if you can book an IELTS and get a new score in time, but if it succeeds, that would probably be the best thing. Besides the IELTS, he can also take the CELPIP exam - might be easier to get a test date, and/or your friend might find that particular test better/worse (could try both fi there's time).

Hello Friends,
I am CEC inland applicant. AOR : 29th April 2017. I got my GCMS on 2nd Oct 2017. Based on that
Eligibility : Review required.
Medical : Passed.
Crminality : Passed.

I have work experience in NOC B category as a Software testing technician and my salary was 24k. I have worked on this position for 8 months.
Another work experience is in NOC A category as a junior software developer and salary was 33k. Do you think my first salary matter in my application?.I know that was very low salary. But Does salary matters for CEC inland candidate.
Please give me your opinion. I am so frustrated now. Thank you.

Does the GCMS specifically state that there was something wrong with the salary?
