We are also facing same problem, my e-case status is as follow:

We received your file on this date and until now no changes, although people who applied before and after me they informed that their e-case updated as "In Process".

I'm in the same boat

so what does that mean? Is it possible we will get a PPR very soon? I mean generally after you get that line where it says "medical results have been received", how long after can you expect to get a PPR??

Not yet. I check e-cas everyday though. ;D

Our application is being handled by an agency in Alberta. I'm hopeful that we get ppr very soon.

my case is also same and after i got AOR, my ecas is only showing application received and i was expecting MR within 2 months of it as people who applied after me also go it. its really strange in my case..dont know if it is better to contact them or not?
