PPR requeust along with Medicals

Dear Members,
please share your thoughts and facts about once a fsw candidate is requested for medicals and ppr together that means his security and background checks are over?
as you closely watch members getting visas here, most of them from jan2013 after medicals within a month have got the visa,
just sharing an opinion....
seniors please advice.

It is normal. In some cases the VO ask PPR after medical. Usually after medical PPR and RPRF is together. There is nothing strange and the process may vary according to the case and the immigration officer's decision.
