Hello everyone,
I have applied for my federal through the Sinp
My spouse is in India my question is when I get the passport request from Detroit, Seattle or Los Angeles how do I need to get my spouses passport to Canada or can they submit it in Delhi pls advise

You have to submit both of them to the appropriate visa office. Note that the US and Canada do not have a prohibition against shipping passports outside the country, even though I am aware that India has such a prohibition.

You should ask you spouse to send you pictures and passports in advanced, so when you will have it when your receive PPR. You will only have 30 days to submit passports to the visa office after PPR.

How do i get my spouse to send the passport to canada it is illegal.

Mailing it is illegal. If she gives it to someone to carry outside India and then send to you, it's fine.

But there is no way that they can submit it in new delhi

Since the visa office issuing the COPR and TRV is in the US, sending it to NDVO would not be useful.

i just want to be sure as the medical was done from india and i heard two of my friends getting their spouse passport submitted in new delhi where as the ppr request was from buffalo so was just wondering.

If you want the visa to be issued from NVDO, then I would suggest you contact your VO, explain that your spouse is in India and asking if she can obtain her TRV and COPR from NVDO. But I wouldn't assume she can do so without a positive confirmation from the visa office directly.
