How long are your planning to be in Canada after you receive your PPR?
If your application is being processed in India office, then the PPR will come from Indian office. If you are still going to be staying in Canada for a month or two after receiving PPR, then you can inform them about your location. Then they will send a separate PPR from Canadian office for you and from Indian office for your dependents. You can then separately send your passports to respective Visa offices.

Thank you for your response. That clears my doubt and adds a new one ...To whom should the request be sent. Should I send after I receive the PPR or can I request before hand

Read you AOR letter once more: it clearly states that you must inform them about your address change via webform. While short travel to another country is nothing more than just a vacation, studying in another country for a year is definitely a change of address.
Yes I did read it more than once. The problem and confusion that I have is only my communication address will change but the address of the dependents listed in the application will not change. So just trying to figure out how to intimate that only my address has changed and not that of my dependents. Also worried if this will cause any delay in processing.
It should not cause any additional problems. There are plenty of examples on this forum of people who got two separate PPRs for them and for their depetdants when residing in different countries. It is likely that they will send you just one PPR at first and you will have to ask them to separate yours and your dependants' PPRs once more, so this will take some time. As for the processing of your application itself, it should not cause any delays.
