Hi, I need ll help.. i have received ppr and re medical letter at same day.. i have to send my passport within 15 days..and medical time is 60 days... but i got appointment on 16th day.. here is my question is can send passport before medical.. plz help.. any senior members pz

Don't worry, just do the medical first, and then send them the passport.

You can email the visa office to let them know when you will send passport(give them date of scheduled medical).

In your country, doesn't the doctor's office send in the medical anyway? You don't even get to see it (that was our experience anyway). Based on the letter you received, they obviously don't expect to receive the two simultaneously. IMO, don't give them a reason to push your file to the bottom. If it's not an inconvenience, why not oblige and send your passport now?

Agree. Worst case scenario they keep your passport until they receive the medical. At least when they get the medical they will have your passport already, it should make it quicker.
