Ppr on restoration period ??

i applied pnp-pr . Through ainp
Feb 7 2017 applicant
Medical done march 17
Eligibility done , currently in background processing .
M worried almost all jan feb even some march got ppr.
My wp got expired june 9 . I forget to renew , applied for restoration and owp next day .
What if they asked for job letter now and work permit ? Any documents ? Job ?
I am not working.
Hoping that ppr will come , but looks like its taking forever .
Any help , suggestions plz , i am concerned,..

I applied under ainp .employee driven stream , but since my wp got expired . I left that job .
But my emplyoer will hire me if i had wp.
I hope it doesnt cancel my pr .?
Waiting and doing nothing is hard now

AINP will cancel your nomination if they find out if you are no longer working for your employer anymore. I believe one of your nomination conditions is to maintain full time employment during your PR process. Did you inform AINP about your lack of status and did you already submit a work permit and restoration application?

Yes i applied next day of expiring wp
Restoration and owp .
No i didnt inform ainp.
I was hoping i got ppr soon .
I called cic last week
They said ur file is in background security check . Rest is done
Do i get ppr now or what?
Do ainp will know now ?

They may or may not call your employer to confirm your ongoing employment. It seems that PR processing is taking longer than 18 months. Some applicants have been waiting for more than 24 months.

Hey ,
I have a very quick question . My sister she is on restoration period . She already applied for visitor visa within 90 days of window. Meanwhile she got ITA and she submitted her documents . Last week she opened her status on cic it showed that her medical is pass and file is in under progress .
Moreover she didnt recieve any updates from visitor visa !!
My question is how long it will take to process it . She submitted her application for visitor visa in august by post .
And what about her file which she submitted for permanent resident ? Please advise brifely. Thanks

Nope, file is complete thoug but they havent took any decesion , maybe they are thinking the same , i dont know what will happe, but i got visitor visa
