I sent my passport to the immigration office of Friday May 11, 2018. I haven’t received any email or update as to whether it was received or not and I’m unable to access to GC Key portal. Does anyone know how long they will have my passport at the office?

Hi if you check the Kingston Jamaica forum and view post from like November you might be able to see how long it took for a few persons. May I ask your timeline please or when did Kingston start processing your file?
