PPR-how to send prepaid label from USA?

The updates seem fairly accurate. We saw approved last night and our tracking activated today. It took approximately 10 days (including the weekend) from the time it arrived at Ottawa to tonight when it was sent back. I think the people who had PPR in late January were going a bit faster.

Based on what happened with me and a few other people around the same timeline, expect an update Friday or more likely Monday/Tuesday of next week.

I'm basically on the same timeline. DM Feb 7, PPR Feb 15, Mailed to Ottawa Feb 16, Received Ottawa Feb 20, MyCIC "approved" Feb 27, and mailed back Canada Post XpressPost today, Feb 28.

Planning on landing Thursday afternoon, after the CoPR arrives. Coutts is just an hour down the road, so we're planning on heading down right away.

BTW, moved up from the Spokane, Washington area.

Did you get an email notification for the change on my Cic?
Or you had to manually refresh to see it without any email notification?

I there, i don't know if we are supposed to get a email saying approved but i just check my cic GCKey and it was updated and the file is approved and closed

Sorry I was not clear about my question.
What I meant was that whenever there is an change/updates to mycic file, I got an
Email notification about the update. The email does not show the details on the change or update ,but just informing you there is an change. I was wondering if you got that as well.
I checked my Cic , I guess I will have to wait about longer.

oh i got you now...i didn't check on the box on GCKey where it says update me with the email about the changes and upadate on GCKey perhaps that why... i checked mine earlier this morning but there was no change and i just checked few min ago it says approved and closed. Should be getting the COPR this friday...i have a next day delivery option when i sent the int. waybill hoping to land over the weekend

E-mails don't always get sent. I caught my background check before MyCIC actually changed to show Updated when I logged in. It was still displaying Submitted in the Details column, but when I clicked on the button that said "Check Status and Messages" I could see the background check in progress when it hadn't been previously, and I'd checked less than an hour before that. Because I caught the change so quickly, I never received an e-mail. If you don't catch the change (I suspect the time is approximately an hour), then the Details column will change to Updated. 24 hours after that, you'll receive an e-mail generally. It's not sent out instantly though.

Although I noticed that MyCIC was "Updated" to show approved when I checked Monday evening, I didn't receive the "Your MyCIC account is updated" email until late last night. That caused a momentary concerned thought or two, and a quick logon to see if all was OK. No changes, still showed Approved. LOL!

I'm glad to hear the tip that MyCIC should change just before they ship the COPR. My partner was unable to get UPS or FEDEX to help him just like the other poster said so they just stuck in an envelope with a ton of stamps on it. He did it without telling me otherwise I would have had him courier it to me in Canada. Ah well that's hopefully just me being a control freak but I hate the idea that we can't track it! At least now we can watch MyCIC to know when it should be on its way.

And on top of that I'm so excited something will finally say Approved! I want to print it off and have it framed

Haha I'm glad I'm not alone. It was one of the very few times I was glad we weren't talking in person because if he saw my face! Well we'll have to keep in touch to see how it goes. What day did he send it off? Mine did it on Friday the 24th.

Hahaha so true! Ours was sent out the 23rd and recieved the 24th. So hopefully we see something this week
