PPR-how to send prepaid label from USA?

So far the final step has been a headache. We finally found a place to do the photos now we are trying to send our PPR with the prepaid label. FedEx said customs won't allow us to send a prepaid label in the envelope. We tried printing a different label from their computer but nothing would work. I have no idea what to do? Should we try UPS? Does fedex not know what they are talking about?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

we just had the same headache completely. Both fed ex and ups said it couldn't be done so we sent an envelope snail mail! THEN come to find out that people are infact doing it (not completely sure how) or i'd let you know.

Why not buy an Expresspost envelope to USA from Canadapost.ca (https://www.canadapost.ca/shop/envelopes/xpresspost-tm-prepaid/usa.jsf) and send it wth your application?

We have the same PPR request date Feb 21st... Ours reached ottawa on the 24th of Feb.....any update on your acwikla4769 ?

Ours reached on the 24th as well. No updates for us but I'm not sure if we'll know anything till it arrives. From what I've seen your gckey login thing will update to approved then copr is sent out but who knows how effective they're updates are. According to am email from ottawa it's 1-3 weeks and if not recieved by then to email them with tracking # of package to see what's going on.

thankyou for updating your PPR request with us danawhitaker i am also under impression that it'll take around 10-12 days as well....i am just here packing and getting things organized before moving to Canada are you landing anytime soon ?

Yup, going to be heading back to the U.S. to move everything this weekend. We should land on Sunday. I've been packing and organizing since October so all I have to do for the most part now is go back and shove everything into the truck.

hehehe. for us the waiting was defiantly challenging, because distance from your love one is pretty hard. but soo happy its coming to an end good luck friend.
