Hello, I am due to travel with my wife in June and I cannot submit our passports for COPR in Pretoria. I have sent an email to pretimmigration@international.gc.ca and also filled a webform asking for an extension since two weeks but I have not yet received any response. In the mail I attached the passport request letter and our travel tickets.
We received the passport request letter on the 9th May. I am worried that they won't respond and I might lose my PR
Has anyone asked for passport submission extension in Pretoria?
Is it normal that they take so long to respond?
And is there any other way I could ask for an extension to submit the passports?
