I received my PPR few days ago and I have few questions
1. My email doesn't specifically mentioned I have to submit to Egypt. Can I choose a different country? It would be easier for me to send it to UAE. I sent an email to ask but they said they will reply in 10 days
2. Are there any forms to be filled or fees to be paid in Cairo?
DHL refused to send to a person in Cairo, so I can't send to someone to go and pay in cash, I can't figure from the table they sent which fees I need to pay, the table contains all the services they offer.
