Hi

Could you please let me know how to and where to (India visa office or to Canada itself) send the passport after getting the PP request if one spouse is in India and another in Canada. Also, how much time it generates takes for visa stamping ?

You send it to whatever visa office is requesting it, which will be the visa office processing your application (so I assume new Delhi).

According to the new Delhi spread sheet it is taking 2-3 weeks to return passports after a passport request.
