Postal Delay

Applied my application in Jan 09. Still no reply, upon enquiring CIC stated positive mail was sent to you and 120 days been completed thereafter. But the problem is I didn't received any mail till today, now CIC said my application cannot continue and resubmit the application with the new fee. Can anyone help me in this regard.

The postal mails are sometimes an issue. I personally receive mail sent to me in April received in June. 'm not sure where you are residing but this is an issue in Middle East.

Now i expect another letter from them. May be CHC have already sent it but we never know until we receive it after 2 months.

Anyone with similar experience?
