Oh! there's lot of confusion regarding these forms. Many say that it's not required. Anyways I will fill and keep along in case they ask, it's a simple 4 page form. Can you please tell me if we transfer funds later to our bank account in Canada and say that the amount is more than the declared Proof of Funds in application form (as we would be wrapping up our assets in India) then in that case will Canada Tax us on that money?

One guy said that we can declare any amount of additional money to follow at the port of entry while landing formalities and get it mentioned and stamped by CBSA officer. What is the exact information Guru?

No tax directly.
Because they know very well that the money is always beneficial for their economy and when will you use it, the tax will be credited automatically.

We got 3 PR card after 45 days of landing. But my elder son"s PR card is missing. There phone is not working . I have sent many reminders through Web form but no progress yet.

There is no local office for that. Only CIC

I have received required the RCMP Criminal record check by fingerprint
Because I have not resided longer 6 months in Canada, I sent the explanation letter RCMP Criminal record check by fingerprint is not applicable for me. But I do not know this explanation is accepted or not.
I am confusing the RCMP Criminal record check by fingerprint is a must for who lived longer 6 months in Canada? OR is a must for all
PR application and I must do?
Can anyone give me advice? Thank you so much

Do you have a problem with the 'RCMP Criminal record check by fingerprint' as is being asked ? If not, just comply and everything will just flow on.
Trying to figure if required or not will put your file on hold till the issue is first resolved, and later till the requirement is met. They may also want to understand whether you have something to hide and may profile you more intensively.
Best is to comply with what is required if not really a big deal. If there is an issue, hide you cannot and mustn't.
