This is the reply of my complaining about late to the Canada Immigration Minister :-

Ministerial Correspondence / Correspondence Ministériels

Dear Ashu

Thank you for your correspondence of January 10, 2018, addressed to the Honourable Ahmed Hussen, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, concerning your application for permanent residence under the Provincial Nominee Program. I have been asked to respond to your concerns.

I understand the circumstances that prompted you to write. The Department makes every effort to manage the applications we receive in the quickest way possible. However, the many steps involved in processing an application, coupled with the volume of applications, sometimes make it difficult to do so as quickly as we would like.

Maintaining the integrity of our immigration program is a priority of the Government of Canada. Individuals who want to live permanently in Canada must meet certain requirements which include medical, criminality and security clearances. These requirements exist to protect the interests and safety of Canadians. The onus rests on the applicant to prove that he or she has met the requirements for entry to Canada or that admission would not be contrary to legislative requirements.

Departmental records indicate that your application was locked-in on November 4, 2016, and is being actively processed at the Canadian visa office in New Delhi. While I am unable to provide a precise timeframe for the completion of this application, please be assured that you will be contacted should any additional information or documentation be required, or once a decision has been made.

With regard to processing times, I would like to clarify that those listed on the Department’s Website indicate the average processing time for an application, meaning that officers are completing 80 percent of applications within the listed timeframe from the date of receipt of the completed application. These processing times are published to give applicants a general idea of how long a process takes. Please note, however, that this can vary depending on the number of applications the Department has received, as well as the circumstances and complexity of each individual case.

While requests for expedited processing are understandable, applications may, in general, only be expedited in extraordinary cases with compelling circumstances. Applicants should direct any information or documentation in support of such a request to the processing office.

While I understand that this is not the response you had anticipated, I hope that you will find this information to be helpful.

Sincerely,

P. MacLeod

In gckey account at the end application
Linked date and date read is given .
They are different .why so
Kindly answer
It is messages read. Not date of application read.
Means we have cheked the updated thongs.
When new development happens, it is changed to Updated", in place of Read.

Was anything informative to you? It looks like a standard reply. Paper based applicants only have all kinds of checks and they take time they say then how they complete applications in just 6 months.
Crazy guys!

Did you issue GCMS notes? If so any response from them.
