we are planing to send out application next month in march 2018... During this time period (6 months) my sponsor didnt visited me.

I want to ask that should i submit my application without my sponsor visits to me?
will it affect my application that why my sponsor didnt visited me in 6 months?

It might or it might not. It would depend on your overall relationship profile. Did you know each other well before getting married? Did you spend a lot of time together before you got married? Have you tried to get a TRV to visit your spouse in Canada?

How much evidence do you have showing how your relationship developed? Why haven't you tried for a TRV?

Since you are relatives, CIC may have concerns this is a marriage of convenience if you didn't date very long before getting married and haven't made it a priority to spend time together after marriage.
