Post June 2010 NDVO applicant facing delay in PER/AOR/Medicals.

Dear applicants of NDVO,
Those who applied after June 2010 to NDVO but are facing a delay in getting PER OR AOR OR MEDICALS please connect here and share anything out of the ordinary in your case. I applied in Jan 11 and got PER on March 14, 2011. eCAS status changed to RBVO on April 9. Since then it is close to 2 months but I have not received AOR. I was refused a visitor visa to US 18 yrs back and to UK 8 yrs back because the visa officer was not satisfied that I will come back. Besides this there is no other out of the ordinary situation in my case. I cant say if this is significant but we can share our informations and draw our conclusions. This will help us predict and prepare.
 
Royal man, it will not be concern since you have applied for PR. However they will verify or clear their doubts, for not issuing you visa by both the countries. They might ask for interview in your case.

Not a very major concern but be ready to deal with their questions / interview.

I did not give any false information then, I have not done so now. There is no grey area in any of my applications, 18 yrs back I was at the beginning of my career, had just resigned my job and was young. 8 yrs back, I wanted to go for a clinical attachment. Visa officer asked me who was paying for my travel. I presented him a letter from my employer. He phoned him up. my employer confirmed on the phone I was being sponsored for the trip, but visa officer wanted me to bring my employer for interview. He was busy and though he was ready to come, by the time he had time to go to UK embassay with me, the last date to join attachment programme was over. This rendered the porposed visit useless. Hence I did not go for further interview. Later I received a letter from UK Emb. that my application was being cancelled because I did not attend further intreview as desired by visa officer but I could apply again.

What do you think of it.
