Post ITA - Work Experience/Reference Letter - Need Help

Hi all ! Need your help or suggestions related to work experience letter. For my past work experiences, neither of my letter states working hours, job description and salary. What do I do for that? There's no way I can get back to them and ask for a new one. Can I take advantage of letter of explanation to let the officer know the situation ?

Though i can provide all details as requested by CIC for my current work experience.

If you're claiming points for such jobs then a letter of explanation won't be sufficient.

Get a letter in plain paper from a manager or colleague stating the information that you need and notarize this document.
