Post ITA- Travel history:moving country?

I moved from China to Canada to study in 2014, so technically I traveled from China- Canada, but that changed my country of residence as well. Should I just put down this travel as "Ongoing"? or should I put on an end date which I'm not sure what date that would be.

After I moved to Canada, I traveled from Canada to the USA a few times. In this case, I would be traveling from Canada as my country of residence.
