So, I had my Masters only evaluated by WES and claiming Masters points for my CRS scores. Now post ITA when I was asked the question for my Education, I just mentioned my Masters, is that okay or should I add the Bachelors too in the question. I do not have my Bachelor's degree evaluated by WES.

Highest degree is enough. But I believe you'd need to cover your Bachelor's under Personal history.
I am too old to get my bachelors included into my 10 years of personal history.
However, here is what I am doing. I am including the Bachelor's degree in my Education History and when the question comes about the ECA evaluation done, I am saying no for it. I am providing my Transcripts(Marksheets) and the degree in the education documents section.
That will also be fine. Personal history doesn't have to be limited to 10 years, that's just the minimum.I am too old to get my bachelors included into my 10 years of personal history.
