Is it better or any beneficial to pay both fees together? Or just one?

I dint pay RPRF just because i wanted to know the in between process. Or else you save some time paying it together.

They 'say' pay them together to avoid delay in processing time but I don't believe that..

It's your call though. I'd pay one

I remember reading it somewhere on this forum that it saves you two weeks.

Same...

I love how they want these young, debt free genius' to have $12,000 and be able to pay around $2000 for IELTS, WES, Medicals AND the visa!!!

I second Heathcliff77, I dont think it saves 2 weeks, They ask you to pay and you pay online. maybe a day or 2 are saved, but than you actually know that you have reached to that stage, or else you st away get copr and keep waiting.

I'd pay the RPRF with the e-APR application fee, reason being the following thread: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/rprf-paid-month-ago-but-ppr-still-pending-connect-here-rprf-in-april-and-may-t428048.0.html
