I hava a btech from india and post grad from canada.

For india i have 8 dmc and final degree
For canada i have a transcript and a final degree


Where shud inuplod them?? What in what section??

Education or educational transcript????????

since your highest degree ie post grad is from canada you don't require ECA (WES evaluation ) for bachelor's degree from India.
put all your degree certificates ( post grad , under grad) and ielts in a single doc and upload in Education (degree/ diploma ) section.
upload transcripts in Education(transcript) section.
