Post ITA documents checklist: PCC(multiple) a standard text in the checklist??

My checklist says PCC(multiple). I have only been to USA for 2 weeks in 2014, otherwise never been out of my home country India.
So why does my checklist says PCC(multiple). Is this a standard text for everyone?
