Look buddy there was no need to put rejection letter in your file,they already have the data of every refused/approved applicant.Only difference in SPP and General is that one has to show more funds in General(22-23 lacs) than SPP(7-8 lacs).You should have prepared your file according to general checklist.Case's category does not depend upon checklist followed,those guys have your data with them,they know you are refused under SPP,you should had followed General checklist.You should have seen before on refusal letter,these lines"This case is closed now".So,there's no point in applying under SPP,as they will Check your file under general.Who is your consultant?He should have known about this fact.

Don't worry dude,SPP do not have any success rate those all are rumors about SPP,General is better than SPP.

Yah ur rit, actually I hd put my nd my family members IT returns as proof of funds. But as my consultant whatever I done ws only reapplication on the base of previous rejection.
I don't want 2 understand, I just want visa by this!!!

Yes mine file was perfect according to SPP Checklist,they rejected me for jan 2013 intake.In general only we have to show more money,nothing else.Your case should be strong either in SPP or general.Make the strongest SOP.Normal processing time of General apps is 3-4 weeks but they always process them in the same time as of SPP,this time due to srike their are some issues(delays).You can try general unlimited times their is no limit for general.

I got rejection for Jan 2014 for Dalhousie University Sad.. the reason of refusal:your proposed stdies r nt reasonable in light of 1 or more of: ur qualifications, previous stdies, employment , level of establishment, language abilities, or ur future propects and plans.
I got admission in dalhousie UNI for M.engg in internetworking. my profile is B.E (E&C) 58% (10 backlogs with repeatation) and an year gap during U.G means B.E completed in 5 years. IELTS- 6.5 (min 6 in each),also my final year project was on networking and I have also submitted a certificate from a private institute of N+, CCNA, MCSE where I have done training of these networking courses .. sufficient funds shown, but SOP was very poor... applied under university category.. now how to resolve this issue with this profile?? plz guide me, I am desparately looking for help on this as I want to re-apply soon for the same intake..
