post graduation work permit renewal

Hello Guys,

I am trying to extend my work permit under PGWP program. I was given two years because my passport was expiring, but now i got a new copy.
I was trying to apply on-line and got stuck at this question. I do not know what option should i select under post graduation renewal program.

Please advice:-
