Why is CIC so uncertain..... >:(

Anyways thanx for replying bro!

Sorry but I don't agree that Co-op doesn't count for program length. Co-op is considered as integral part of the education. I had 2 years 7 months of program length which included 1 year of co-op. I got 3 years of PG work permit.

It seems co-op semester does not count towards "program lengh" for PGWP. So your program is only 3 semesters= 1,5 PGWP.

If the letter from school says the length of the program is 2 years, you might be getting PGWP of 2 years. In my case, although, the program was 2 years and 7 months including 1 year of co-op, in the letter they stated 3 years so i got PGWP of 3 years. Including your academic semester and co-op, how long is your course?

Thanks , I had the same doubt . I asked my college for this and they say its a mandatory co-op with 12 credits and hence it is considered as one semester so they say its a 4 semester program. since I cannot post link please visit conestoga - embedded system development ( 1st option in google). While discussing, with college staff, they said after completion of course they will provide a letter stating that I have completed my 2 years of education in the post graduate program which will fetch me a 3 year work permit.. I am confused !! HELP!
