I graduated in December and traveled.Immediately i returned back to Canada i applied for my pgwp and i was refused stating i don't have enough evidence, then i called CIC and while trying to prove that i had enough and just did not attach it, they told me it is already more than 90 days since i graduated. I still have a valid status as my study permit expires in Sept.30, 2017 and my passport is also valid until 2020. I am planning to reapply for a reconsideration with all my documents. Please guys wish me luck.
