Applied May 15th. eligibility review started today!

How do you know it starts? Does it say eligibility review starts on Nov 2 or it's just "we are reviewing your eligibility..."?

Same here I applied on 28th May and All my friends already got their approvals

it will say "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements"
