I logged into my profile and it said "application/profile updated" but there was no difference when I actually clicked into it. Does anybody know what this means/did anybody else get this too?

Got an update in my account, but still "in progress", didn't see "start reviewing". Also didn't receive an email update. Did anyone saw this before? Thanks.
Oh weird, maybe yours is about to go on review because I applied on the 18th of June
Possibly. Looks like they're still working on cases in May now. Didn't see other updates for June. Having updates is a good sign though. Good luck with your application.
I just got a request for an explanation letter tonight. My mailing address and residential address are different ( in different cities, but only 15min drive).
I applied on 23 May
Request letter 16 Oct
Submitted additional document 16 Oct ( one hour after got the notice)
Don't know how long it will take to review my additional document now...
Will keep you guys know if I have any update.

Can you paste the letter here removing important info.
They might be just verifying, and not having to end up mailing the WP to another address.
You know fraud etc.
Applied June 28th from Vancouver with biometrics , together with an explanation letter, got approved on Oct 14th. This is the 2nd application, the first one was refused at the beginning of June.
Applied on May 25th, Got my approval yesterday for 3 years.
Inland applicant. No Biometrics.
Inland applicant. No Biometrics.
Applied on 24 May without biometrics inland, got approved yesterday.
