I have applied with web transcript. I am not sure if I should provide official one. And Also not sure to do it.

I applied with non-official transcripts. But my university also attached an explanation letter stating that at the moment school is not able to process official transcripts and the web transcripts is truthful. I believe official transcripts is not necessary.
