I did the same thing! As per suggestion from some experts on this thread itself (you can read around May 1st posts), I submitted an IRCC webform explained everything and attached the transcripts. I waited for 3 weeks and got a notification on my email that same has been received (as a reply to my webform). After few days, I got a ghost update on my online account, so I am hoping same has been linked to my application and will be considered for my processing. Fingers crossed. :-D

Can you just explain how to submit a web form
did you hear anything else? I remember you had a ghost email and noticed that your background check has started last week?I hope it's not bluffing! I am April 26th with my fingers crossed.
Oh It didn't start, it went from 'N/A' to "We will send you a message when we start your background.............."
