Why haven't they assessed the applications sent in the end of Jan? What are they doing?

i called them too many time .. they never picked my call.. i dont know how much time i have to wait more

They must be bombarded with phone calls. I'm not surprised, I called them a few days back after trying for more than 3 hours. The lady who picked up was in a terrible mood and was quite rude too. I don't blame her, she must be answering 100 calls a day.
