I applied on 10th september, no update , shall I raise a webform it has been 96 days now!

You can if you want to, processing time is 108 days now.

I did see some applications approved on 27th Aug.

With regards to second question, if your SOWP is refused, your spouse should try to sponsor you after he/she's eligible for PR and include you in the app.

Thanks for the response , Captain . My real concern is how do I stay with my spouse in Canada if I am out of status?

I submitted too many documents last time , such as, marriage certificate, marriage pics, holiday pics, insurance coverage showing my spouse coverage as proofs for relationship. Do I need to provide such elaborate documentation for Inland SOWP application also?

Do I need to submit Proof of Funds supporting my application as well if Spouse is working in skilled job?
