Yes I do and so does google from where I have come to know all about it.

I mean it will be held after reaching to Canada or here in INDIA before admission

In Canada only. Once you have deposited fees then you will get logins for your Uni/College and then you book it.

Because i had past refusal after my 12th at that time I applied to university with 6.0 band not less than 5.5 each

I got refused maybe due to conditional admission in my course with EAP PROGRAM +DEGREE

Maybe or Maybe not

Is it same as EAP ?

I am not aware of EAP so can't advise on that unfortunately.

It would not really be an EAP since you would not be attending any classes unless you fail the placement test.

you could always ask the university for more details. But I think just IELTS score in one band should not deter you from applying.

As for the visa, a relevant course in a reputable university always trumps a borderline score in IELTS in one module.

I would suggest you apply. To concordia and other universities which may accept your undergraduate degree
