Nope .
You have to stop your job immediately since you have received the refusal notice.
Pretty sure you need to restore your status now and then apply for the Post graduate work permit again with the proper letter from the School to help you out.

For now you have a 60 day grace period (I think) to restore your status and etc but if your study permit is still valid and your off campus work permit is still valid, pretty sure you can still work.
Double check with the forum replies.

i think you need to stop working...i was in the same situation...i did not know that at that time, so i kept working...now i might got into troble...

Yes, you need to stop working (full time, part time, contracting...none of that). You also must surrender your off campus work permit immediately.

I think it is better to stop working.., as 3years ago, I was in the same situation, I did not know that, I kept working while I applied for the second time... Now I am applied under cec, they found out I did not surrender my ocwp at that time. I did go to see different agency regarding this issue, they said it is not a big issue, but still it can be a reason that they rejected my cec... But at that time, I really did not intend to do it.... I really did not know that.., and cic never has a clear guideline what to do with your ocwp if your pgwp got reject...

seriously i dont know how it works...as for my case, they wrote it i did not surrender my ocwp in my note...AK84 said:
