Please urgent advise needed here... my aor is 12th sept 2018. I am actually worried about my Italian PCC. I lived in Italy for about 2 years and was answering my father's name as my last name. I left Italy in 2014 got married and changed my last name to my husband's name. On my PCC the two last names were combined there as my surname. What should I do? I tried calling IRCC but they don't work on weekends. Thank seniors
Did you mention this on the LOE ?

Hello. I received ITA in January 2018. I got my medical done in April 2018, but didn't submit the application in time. I might receive my 2nd ITA this month. My Medical will be six months old on October 7. Should I go for medical checkup once again after receiving the next ITA ? or just submit the 6 month old report as medical is valid for 12 months as per IRCC's rules?

Aunty, Medicals are valid for 1 yr

lol, toh mene kia baal dhoop me sufaid kiye hien beta? :p They take around 6 months to process the application and ask you to re-do the medical if its older than 6 months.
arey aunty, they also extend your medical as well.. so it is not always that they ask you to redo the medical...

But if ircc don't, u still have to have valid medical at the time of landing, no?
You have to land before the validity of your CoPR expires which is linked to the expiry of your passport or medical which ever comes first.
So if IRCC extends or you are are to redo the medicals the expiry of your CoPR will be accordingly.

IT professionals in the house. Did you add your certifications to your personal history ( or anywhere else) while filling out your applications?

I have a number of Certs( CCNA, CCNP) that I did not include. I didn’t see any option to do so or any reason to as it can’t be evaluated.

Anyone?

An IRCC officer called my friend that ordered my GCMS notes, they want to confirm she ordered the notes and then verified her email address. She’s a PR living in Canada

Is this normal?

I haven’t heard that before, but did you provide her a consent form which should have been uploaded to order the notes since she is a 3rd party to your application
