I am a former resident of the US (5+ years) and so I had to send in a US police certificate for my Express Entry. I got the certificate while on a trip to the US (a month before I left).
After getting AOR, I went to the US again for 1.5 months. This brings the total time I spent in the US after getting the US PCC to 2.5 months.
I explained this in my LOE and attached a receipt showing that I also requested a new PCC which will cover the additional 2+ months.
I requested this the week of leaving so by the time the FBI processed it, I was already be gone. I will send the new PCC to CIC in a CSE. I only got my AOR some weeks ago so I haven't passed the medical and my background check hasn't started yet.
I'm hoping this will be OK since I was only visiting the US as a tourist in the 2.5 months after getting the police certificate. What do you think?
