Possible to extend WP without AOR ??

Hello guys-
My file reached CIC at 29 Oct 2014.
But,still no AOR.
My work permit will be expire 30 june 2015.
When can i apply new WP and is it possible without AOR?

One more question.
I'm semi skilled catagory as kictchen helper.
Does my wife can get open work permit??

Please let me know any information.

This is question has been answered many times before, even a couple days ago recently. YES, you can apply for a CLOSED work permit if you got your certificate of nomination. Regarding your second question, YES, your wife can get an open work permit as long as you got a non-expired work permit.
