Possibility to Exit after Landing

After landing would it be possible to exit Canada (to wind up issues related to business, jobs etc) and come back. If yes for how long for? Any issues this might cause? Would appreciate any help or guidance in this regard.

You need to be in Canada for 2 out of next five years the day you became PR. So, you can be out for nearly 3 years.

You can exit Canada after landing after you finish all your formalities like health card and sin number. You will need to register an address to receive your PR card which would be needed to travel back to Canada. It takes 45-120 days to get your PR card. But you don't have to wait to get the card. Someone can receive it and send it to you.
In short you can leave immediately after your landing formalities are complete.
