What's this about people doing PR Card applications? Isn't it automatically mailed?

My sense is that they let you know when it is mailed (as far as what I heard from some people)

Once you got your eCOPR, you link the PR card application to the gckey and it will show once it is mailed out to you

got Ecopr today on 4th march.
he was sharing same timeline as we both got P1 and P2 on same day. Hoping to get mine soon.
