You can create an IRCC account with an alternate mail id. Advisable not to use your primary mail id. I guess ur processing was through IRCC Representative Account

Once GC Key account is created, u can link ur PR application to it using UCI and personal details

I have received p1 email 3 week ago, no other update afterward. Does that mean my PR application is approved or not yet?

if u got P1 that means ur application is approved. Now wait for P2 that usually takes 3 to 4 weeks. my P2 came after a month so don't worry u will get P2 next week. Congratulations for ur PR.
