You can see people comments on fb and rddt. Lots of people with FD April 01 are receiving eCOPRs yesterday and today
So my PR card has been dispatched. Today the GC Key portal shows the following:

June 4, 2025 Your application was approved. Check your messages below for details.
Document Status
We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.
No updates still seen in PR Portal - It shows Address and Photo still in Review with IRCC
